The return of hong kong to china has been a decade and an online contest to win movie tickets was held to celebrate the 10th year of hong kong's return. Lucky enough, i managed to win 2 tickets to watch 3 hong kong movies yesterday. Since my bro wasn't free and that qiuqiu was preparing for exams, liying was the lucky gal to be able to have my extra free ticket.(i remembered she wanted to watch the movies.yeah)
The three consecutive movies(there's break in between actually) were 《一碌蔗》(by Shawn Yue and Twins)《老港正传》(by Anthony Wong, Ronald Cheng and Karen Mok) and《幽灵人间》(by Eason Chen and Shu qi). For which the first and last are old shows while the second one was a movie preview. So we get to watch it before others could. liying and i both agree that the second one was the best out of the three as both of us were moved to tears by that show. Yes, there's about kinship and relationship in the show which is totally touching. A recommendation to watch. While the rest of the 2 were perfectly fine and although those 2 were old pieces, we did not watch it before so they meant to be new shows to us.(((:
in any case, we truely enjoyed our fri afternoon in the theatres. Thank me liying!hahaha LOL
Then i met liying again at AMK hub today as the opening ceremony of the shopping centre was held today. There were many events lined up for the consumers there but we only managed to catch the musical performance and the interview of the "Star Search" contestants. Was actually not interested but there's nothing better to do(as i was tired of shopping) so we stayed by the stage to watch.
Was not supposed to take pics or get signature from peifen, one of the hosts for the events, but i didn't bother and still asked her for a pic and she agreed! it was a rush one actually since she got to go to the backstage immediately. hahha but hey! before i end this post, some pics to entertain.. there u go=)
